Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be working with this client, which specializes in business management and ERP software, and is now seeking an ERP Application Support Consultant to join its team in Connecticut.
Training for this role will be a few weeks in Ireland so the right person will need to have a passport.
*This is a HYBRID (up to 2 days a week) position and is open to US Citizens or Greencard holders only*
The Role
- Mostly L2 Application Support - handling the more complex and escalated tickets
- Supporting Accounting, ERP and Business Management Software
- Becoming a dedicated point of contact for some of the company's key Enterprise customers.
- Assisting growing customer base with technical and operational queries across a wide range of business processes, while managing customer expectations and providing a positive experience
- Supporting team members with guidance on tickets and how to investigate, feeding back information on escalated tickets in order to help colleagues grow and upskill
- Creating or contributing to knowledgebase articles for the support Content Hub
- Getting involved in the larger Go Live Handovers
The Person
- Demonstrated experience Application Support
- Experience supporting ERP Software
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL based) would be ideal
- Experience support external customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen customer focus
