MCS Market Update for Q4 Hiring Trends

Our Account Executive, Tim Whalen, has some market insights to share coming into Quarter 4. MCS has surveyed thousands of employers this summer, and the results are promising. 61% of surveyed hiring managers plan to recruit before 2024, and candidate quality (rather than salary and cost) is now the top barrier to hiring. Additionally, the bigger players like Meta, Google, and Amazon are starting to staff their teams, a key indicator that the hiring market is picking up.
